Can I get my prescription refilled here?

Yes! Any medication prescribed by a Curai Health doctor or nurse practitioner (NP) can typically be refilled. Other existing prescriptions from outside Curai Health can be filled pending confirmation from our care team.

Please note that there are some medication that are NOT available on our platform. See our section “Are there any medications that Curai cannot prescribe?” for a comprehensive list of those medications.

Where can I get my labs done?

Your care team will send you all information about the lab where your order was sent (name, address, phone). Once there, you'll want to have identification and your proof of insurance (if you have it).

Are there any medications that Curai cannot prescribe?

Curai Health does not prescribe any controlled medications (review a list of all controlled medications here). Additionally, below is a list of medications we do not prescribe because of their high risk nature or because they fall outside of our scope. This list includes but is not limited to:
